RESERVATION POLICY:
You may schedule classes up to 7 days in advance. You will receive a confirmation email when you reserve a bike.
Please be on time. 5 minutes before class all empty bikes will be released to walk-ins.
Charleston RIDE™ uses an online reservation system that makes it so easy to purchase class cards and reserve bikes. Although we do take cash, checks, or credit cards at the studio, you’ll find it’s much simpler and also a time-saver to do all your transactions in your account online.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel online in your account up to 3 hours prior to class with no penalty. Late cancels or no-shows are charged and that class will be debited from your account.
Early cancellations (at least 3 hours prior to class) incur no penalty and that class is returned to your account.
All cancellations must be done in your account online.
If you reserve in advance and no-show without canceling 3-hours in advance, your ride card will be debited for that class.
*Unlimited Monthly Class Card: Any late cancel or no-show for customers with this class card results in a $15 charge on their account.
WAIT LIST and WALK-IN POLICY:
Wait List: We HIGHLY recommend that you reserve your bike online to confirm your spot. If the class is full, you can opt to be put on the waiting list. We take up to 5 people on the list. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be put in the class. You will receive a confirmation email and will become subject to the cancellation policy.
Walk-Ins: You are welcome to walk in without a reservation. If there are unreserved bikes you can purchase that class or use your class card at that time. Even if the class is fully reserved, 5 minutes before class any empty bikes will be released to walk-in customers and you may purchase that class or use your class card at that time.
